Colonic hydrotherapy is also beneficial prior to, and following the treatment. At Cheshire Clinic we use only disposable equipment and our system is gravity-fed, which ensures the process is as close to natural as possible. Clients lie on a comfortable bed, and are covered at all times with large towels. All waste goes directly into a closed and flushable system, so there is absolutely no odour. A section of the plastic pipe is transparent, allowing the therapist to make an analysis of the waste. A consultation follows the treatment, during which the therapist will discuss her findings with you.
